Overview Of The Role

As the Director of Cardiac Cath Lab, you will lead the operations of the Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) labs, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will drive high-quality care and superior patient outcomes, affirming the facility's status as a cornerstone for advanced cardiac services. You will play a vital role in refining service delivery, enhancing patient care, and guiding an experienced team toward excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP services, guaranteeing the highest standards of care and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff, ensuring their skills remain sharp and appropriate for service demands.
• Strategically manage resources, including staffing and equipment, while adhering to departmental protocols for smooth operations.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and stakeholders to integrate patient services and enhance coordinated care.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting and strategic resource allocation, to optimize departmental operations and care quality.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Possession of RN, APRN, RCIS, or Radiologic Tech (RT) certification.
• 3-5 years of recent Cath Lab Manager experience in a trauma center or acute hospital setting.
• Robust leadership and clinical background in Cath/EP labs, ideally within a Level II Trauma Center.
