Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy and counseling through individual and group sessions
• Coordinate with external parties to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reports

Qualifications

• Independent licensure as a LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC, or LMFT
• Minimum of five years of experience in diagnostic assessments and therapy services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy, sensitivity, and maturity in working with women substance abusers
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal background check and negative toxicology screening
