Overview of the Role :

As the MRI Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the operational excellence of MRI services. Reporting to the Director / Manager of Radiology, you will be responsible for maintaining technical and compliance standards, ensuring quality patient care, and optimizing workflow efficiencies. Responsibilities :

• Oversee technical and compliance measures across all MRI operations to ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols.
• Manage employee schedules to align staffing with patient volume needs, ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new staff members effectively.
• Supervise technical procedures and patient interactions, maintaining high standards of care and operational flow.
• Perform duties as an MRI Technologist and act as a hands-on leader within the departmental team.
• Coach and provide guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule, assisting patient needs on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to noon.
