Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop a personalized plan of care
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their plan of care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations and progress
Experience:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
-Licensed by the State Dietetics/Licensing/Credentialing Board
- Proven experience working as a Registered Dietitian
