Job Title : Workday Financials Consultant
Job Type : Contract
Location : 100% Remote (Only US based candidates)
As a Workday Financials Consultant you will be instrumental in driving the strategic planning processes across the organization ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the business environment or market conditions. You will leverage advanced planning tools and analytics to forecast future business scenarios aid in decisionmaking and support sustained organizational growth.
Required Experience :
10 years of relevant experience will be ideal.
Expertise in Financial Management systems including General Ledger Billing Receivables Procurement Payables Expenses Asset Management and Projects.
Ability to steer client through Workday implementations shepherding them from the transformation phase to the operational phase.
Ability to recommend solutions based on client needs facilitating design sessions supporting clients throughout the project and participating in training and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities :
Develop expertise in Workday Financials covering design configuration testing and implementation.
Recommend solutions aligned with client requirements budget and timeframe adapting as needed.
Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and their unique business needs.
Support clients through all project phases ensuring a seamless transition to the Workday solution.
Work closely with key stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and changes.
Engage in training and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
