Sales/Navigator Agent

Position Summary

We are creating a sales department to help reach growth goals in memberships. Seeking two energetic and compassionate Navigator Agents to join our Sales Team. Looking for self-motivated professionals interested in growing business through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. The Navigators will be sales representatives, calling through call lists of people who are eligible to sign up for benefits as a member. Once they are signed up, they have access to in-network providers in their area which is a great benefit for people and their families.

Part-Time, M-W

Location:

Onsite at Renton location (no remote available)

As a Navigator, you will receive…

· $25 per hour pay plus $100 for every new member enrolled through call campaigns

• $50 bonus per Calendly invite
• Monthly target is 36 enrollments. If monthly target is hit each month there is a quarterly bonus of up to $2500

· Hands on training/mentorship

· Growth potential for advancement

Ideally:

· Seeking experience in the military or with Tricare

· 2 years proven strong customer service experience

· Proven sales success in previous roles

· Ability to work onsite in Renton, WA (no hybrid or remote available)

· Ability to motivate team

· Able to establish individual priorities and schedule to meet established goals

· Able to work effectively in a team setting

Responsibilities:

· Call campaigns off curated lists of people who are eligible

· Talk to people about benefits and why they should become a member

· Enroll eligible members and their families

· Track new member enrollments to make sure they are taken care of

· Assists in developing and executing sales campaigns with management and the Marketing team

· Influence and improve new member experience

· Collaborate with enrollment to ensure new member issues are addressed and resolved quickly

· Provide input on lead marketing strategies to management

· Assist in tracking statistics and preparing reports on enrollments

· Follow program policies and procedures consistent with DOD, DHA, and state laws and guidelines
