GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you the kind of person who loves staying organized, has a knack for multitasking, and finds the thrill of shipping products more exciting than your favorite action movie? Then, buckle up! As our Captain of Cargo, you'll be making sure our shipping functions run smoothly. Whether you're helping keep track of inventory or coordinating deliveries, you'll be the glue that holds the Shipping Team together!

Major Duties (AKA the Really Important Stuff You’ll Do Like a Boss):

• Master of Training: Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and create training materials that are so good, new employees might want to read them for fun. Seriously—training manuals can be exciting if you make them awesome.
• Team Leader & Problem-Solver: Get your hands dirty by training new employees and answering any burning questions they have. You’ll make sure the team knows what they’re doing, even when they’ve got more questions than a toddler.
• Department Guru: You’ll learn the ins and outs of every role in the department, because teamwork makes the dream work (and you need to know how to step in and save the day when someone’s out).
• Improvement Enthusiast: Got ideas on how we can be even more efficient? We love a good suggestion! You’ll collaborate with the team to find ways to level up, and when things go sideways (and they might), you’ll be the one to communicate and tackle any issues like a pro.
• Delivery Diva: You’ll coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to make sure shipments arrive like clockwork—timely, accurate, and with zero drama.
• Logistics Wizardry: Use your expertise to develop and implement strategies that make shipping smoother, faster, and more productive than ever before. Efficiency? Oh, you’ve got it covered.

Minor Duties (AKA the Little Things That Really Matter):

• Order Sleuth: Review past orders like a detective on a mission to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. You’ll leave no order behind.
• Spreadsheet Samurai: Keep our spreadsheets so accurate, even Excel will be jealous. 
• Performance Pro: Monitor logistics performance metrics and find ways to make things even better. You’ll be like the coach of a sports team—always looking for that edge to improve.
