WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead Data Center/Networking products, including defining and executing the product strategy, developing business cases for new products, features, opportunity sizing, revenue potential, and cost analysis.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, including setting goals, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
Create and execute a product roadmap for the product portfolio
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop product requirements and specifications
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing management.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning
Review industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to identify customer needs and potential opportunities for our product portfolio, and make recommendations for product improvements and optimizations
Lead product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including product launches, product updates, and product retirements.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or an equivalent.
5 years of experience in product management or engineering, with a focus on data center/networking products preferred
Work will require meeting with customers, suppliers, partners in the field and will include meetings after normal business hours. Role will require ~25% travel.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Experience with defined NPI and/or agile product development methodologies.
Knowledge of networking and data center infrastructure technologies.
