What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Field Superintendent position at NVR Inc?

You will be responsible for NVR community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality home construction and on-time completion. Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule, supervise and manage sub-contractors
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Order building materials, manage community assets and site budgets
- Update customers and sales representatives regularly regarding the progress of home(s) under construction
- Provide customers with an exceptional experience
- Provide on-going training and mentorship to supervisors
- Direct interaction with sub-contractors to ensure phase completion
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Current Driver’s License
- Customer relations experience expected
