Job Responsibilities
- Function as a field supervisor overseeing civil project operations on construction projects
- Responsible for organization, work methods, scheduling, cost control, conformity with drawings and specifications, workmanship, and assignment of work to accomplish project goals
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, architects/engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff
Requirements
- ~5 years previous experience in the construction industry with experience working in a superintendent/leadership capacity supporting civil construction operations
- Experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration
- Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (Accounting, Management or Finance), Construction Management or related field
Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
