The Reserve Associate is an essential team member responsible for representing the venue, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role involves event setup, monitoring the event, assisting with guest needs, and coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure seamless events. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, positive disposition and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Oversight: Monitor all aspects of on-site events, restocking supplies as needed and ensuring compliance with venue policies and event agreements.
- Guest Relations: Primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and event organizers, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests.
- Coordination: Collaborate with event staff, security, and other departments to ensure smooth event flow and resolve any issues that arise.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the venue complies with local regulations, including capacity limits, noise ordinances, and alcohol policies.
- Reporting: Document any incidents, feedback, or notable events during the event, providing a detailed report to management, post-event.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
