MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, managing and delivering complex technical projects. Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through technical challenges and find effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with program management tools and software, and proficiency in project management techniques and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving projects to successful completion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

- Experience working in large and complex ecosystem
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Azure, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
