Position Overview: NYCEDC is seeking an attorney with experience in business structuring, program development, real estate and/or financial transactions to engage in transactional practice as a Senior Counsel within NYCEDC’s Legal Department.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of post-law school legal transactional experience is required.
- New York City residence is required within 180 days of hire
Annual Salary: Salary will depend on the number of years the applicant has been a practicing lawyer and will be commensurate with salaries of current NYCEDC lawyers who have been practicing for a similar length of time. Salaries will range from $130,000 to $175,000.
