Responsibilities:
As an Associate Social Security Disability Attorney, you will:
Case Evaluation: Assess and evaluate disability claims thoroughly.
Cross-Examination: Conduct cross-examinations skillfully during legal proceedings.
Hearings: Prepare and represent clients at hearings with professionalism.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all relevant parties.
Case Strategy: Develop and execute robust case strategies.
Hearing Representation: Present cases in front of judges with expertise and confidence.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and adherence to deadlines.
Bar Admission: Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
Academic Excellence: Preferably graduated in the top 30% of your law school class.
Legal Involvement: Participation in Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $80,000-$140,000 (including base and bonus, depending on experience).
