- Sanitary sewer piping systems
- Tub/shower/faucet internal mechanisms including cartridges, washers, springs, etc
- Faucets
- Gas and water valves
- Gas and water supply lines
- Gas risers
- Gas yard lines
- Tub/shower valves
- Tub/shower trim
- Tub faucets
- Sink drain assemblies including disposals
- Tub basket strainers
- Kitchen sinks
- Hose bibbs
- Toilets
- Yard leaks/breaks
- Sanitary sewer yard lines
- Sanitary sewer and potable water slab leaks
- Toilet flanges
- Gas and electric tank water heaters
- Gas and electric tankless water heaters
