This is a full-time on-site Registered Nurse role located in Cleveland, OH. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, documenting patient information, collaborating with healthcare team members, and educating patients and their families on healthcare procedures and practices.
- Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Documentation skills
- Collaboration with Healthcare Team and Patient Education abilities
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in long-term care or senior care is preferred
