What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Receiving Lead (Internal Candidates ONLY) position at O'Toole's Garden Centers?
O'Toole's is on the lookout for a hands-on, organized, and slightly plant-obsessed Interim Receiving Lead to join our team for a temporary assignment. You'll be the first to welcome all incoming products, keep our back-of-house running smoothly, and help make sure everything ends up exactly where it should. Think of it as being the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the whole garden center humming.
This position will include some seasonal supervisory responsibilities and will report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager.
Where? Westminster, Colorado
When? Interim, Up to 7 months, Position Scheduled to end on or before July 31, 2026
Pay? Earn a blooming $22.50/hr. - not too shabby for a gig where driving a forklift counts as productivity.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first eyes (and hands!) on all incoming products, keeping our inventory organized, healthy, and ready to shine. From coordinating deliveries to nurturing plants and supporting the team, you'll make sure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes while sprinkling a little O'Toole's magic along the way. ✨
Customer Service (Yes, Even From the Back!):
Must-Haves
Because where else can you get paid to be outside in fresh air surrounded plants, tackle inventory like a puzzle master, and help plants (and people!) thrive every day?
If you love plants, love organization, and don't mind a little dirt under your nails, we want to meet you!
