SHIFT SCHEDULE: 8:30AM-5PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various accounting functions and possess excellent financial management skills.
Duties:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Handle governmental accounting tasks as required
- Provide technical accounting expertise for complex transactions
- Conduct accrual accounting and maintain accurate financial records

-Monthly/Quarterly/Annually financial sales reports submissions to executive management
-Monitor/Reconcile Bank Statements
-Manage & Balance Profit & Loss Statements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably with exposure to government or technical accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
