What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classroom Assistants position at Oak and Lily Academy?
We are looking for a few assistants for our school! We have a few different positions for both morning, mid-day and afternoon.
Duties
Taking care of the needs of the children in the classroom.
Following the classroom lead's instruction and plans.
Interacting with students in the classroom.
Playing with students.
Working with students on games, sharing, transitions, and emotions.
Requirements
Able to pass Background Checks
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Willing to engage with children
Attention to detail
Good communication skills with parents
Manage classroom activities
Dedicated attendance
Nice To Haves
CPR/ FA Certification
