What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent 3pm-11pm position at Oak Grove Hospitality LLC?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting and assisting with guest arrivals and departures by handling guest check-ins and check-outs, while providing prompt and courteous service, including receiving telephone calls, guest requests, guest reservations, and faxes, ensuring complete guest satisfaction, and helping in other departments when needed. Must have a flexible schedule and can work weekends.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Ensure complete guest satisfaction & guest safety.
· Check in and Check out of the guest.
· Gives information about room and package rates.
· Must work alongside other team members in harmony.
· Informs guest of the hotel facilities.
· Must be friendly, helpful and well groomed and dressed to standards always complete with name tag.
· Must understand and adhere to cash handling policies.
· Make a great first impression.
· Complete guest registration /reservation process to include retrieval of all required information including address, company name and email address.
· Experience in the hotel industry and opera experience is a plus.
· Assign guest rooms based on preferences and availability. Informing next shift of any opportunities due to non-met service requests.
· Drives the revenue management process.
