Requirements
- 8 years’ of stable employment in the
construction industry
- 5 years on a construction project management or superintendent career path
- 2 years managing your own commercial projects as Superintendent or Construction Manager
- Experience with commercial projects valued from $200K to $10 million
- A track record of delivering projects from inception to completion on time and on budget
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of scheduling, estimating and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction software and codes.
- Focus on quality, safety, and meeting deadlines.
- Client-centric and collaborative mindset.
- Continuously updates industry knowledge.
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with MS Project
and/or similar software
- Ability to provide a project
list with application or by request is highly desired
