What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sports Party Supervisor position at Oak Lawn Park District?
The Sports/Nerf party supervisor will be responsible for leading games and activities for parties at the Community Pavilion for kids ages 6 - 12. Parties are only held on only Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age. CPR/1st Aid certification required. Experience working with kids preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities
Set up games and activities in advance of the start of the party.
Greet party host and assist as needed.
Greet kids and talk to them about games/activities they’d like to play.
Facilitate games and activities while kids are on the courts.
Assist as needed when kids are in the party room for cake/presents.
If safety goggles are used, sanitize after each use.
PHYSICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, move for long periods of time.

Must have the ability to work a varied schedule as required.
Must have the ability to work with staff and patrons in a relaxed and friendly manner.
Must have the ability to use good judgment.
