This role requires a hands-on approach to management, with a focus on daily operations, customer experience, and expense efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the firm's operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer experience.
- Train, supervise, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the construction/home building industry.
