- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's appointment calendar
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Communicate updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Process billing and handle customer payments
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
