PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Perform a variety of administrative functions in support of the organization. This position requires the employee to work in office. Once trained the employee will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week and in office 2 full days a week.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process the mail daily which includes and is not limited to in-coming and out-going and returned mail.
- Pull all cancel non payments from company websites and reach out to insureds by phone and email.
- Send out all-NB paperwork, remarket paperwork, 2a and LPRs as needed by other members of the team
- Take and process payments from insureds thru various company websites
- Responsible for collecting and processing all information pertaining to the new business process including follow-ups on issuing, cancelling and applying payments.
- Process various changes to insurance policies including endorsements, payments, setting up eft, issuing policies as well as cancelling.
- Sort and prepare the incoming documents for scanning. Scan documents to appropriate places and mail out any documentation needed to insureds and companies.
- Proof completed work, reviewing scanned documents to ensure that they are legible and accurately indexed.
- Properly organize and/or dispose of scanned documents.
- Contribute to high Member Satisfaction scores through superior service and follow up
- Stay current on job-related equipment, procedures, CEU credits and/or information by reading handouts/memos, attending meetings, classes, seminars and other necessary means.
- Adhere to all applicable Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.
- Participate in special projects and community activities, as needed.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Insurance knowledge a plus
Skills: Ability to understand and carry out simple oral and written instructions; basic math and written communication skills; pc skills, including Microsoft Word, basic Excel and Outlook.
