In this pivotal role, you’ll be a Service Superstar. Lead by example, reinforcing superior customer service through your actions. Be the role model who follows up with customers and empowers employees. Conduct periodic meetings and presentations on exceptional service for all staff members.

As an Operational Maestro, you’ll assist the Branch Manager in running a full-service branch smoothly. From operations to lending, you’ll coordinate resources for maximum impact. Safety is your priority—you’ll ensure security and safety protocols align with our objectives.

When the Branch Manager is away, step up as a Supervisory Dynamo. Provide leadership, training, and supervision to branch personnel. Actively participate in sales management and officer call programs to achieve our Bank’s goals.

As a Business Builder, you’ll develop new deposit and loan business. Your superior customer relations skills will shine as you promote our sales and service culture through effective coaching and guidance.

Set your sights on goals! Achieve your individual targets while supporting the Branch Manager in reaching branch, region, and Bank sales goals. Be a Retention Rockstar, keeping our customer relationships strong through referrals and exceptional service.

And don’t forget—you’re a Sales Ambassador. Engage in prospect solicitation and business development activities. Educate staff on our products and services, creating a positive sales environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership skills
