You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills
