This position is committed to providing World Class Service for all State Farm Arena Parking Assets, for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with World Class Service. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $17 to $19.00.

Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information
- Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
- Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Cash Handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
- Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred
- Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must
- Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have reliable transportation
- The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
- The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
- Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
