We are looking to hire a personable and dynamic Business Assistant who has dental office experience to ensure that our patients are taken care of with care and respect. The Business Assistant's responsibilities include data entry, answering patient's questions, scheduling patients, collecting co-pays . Insurance experience is preferred (claim status calls, insurance verification, claim submission).
To be successful as a Business Assistant, you should be able to organize and maintain patient waiting areas as well as front-desk areas.
