DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides supplies and equipment in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures to various departments in the facility.
- Maintains supply and storage rooms in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
- Checks invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc. with incoming merchandise.
- Maintains total confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information in order to ensure patient/ rights are protected at all times
- When the Central Supply Aide handles supplies and equipment, they will ensure that all established safety procedures and precautions are followed.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health care central supply position.
- Reliable transportation required.
