The Maintenance Assistant makes a difference by -
The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care. Success in this role includes:
- Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times
- Take part in part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance
You could be a great fit if you have these things -
- Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required
- Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus
- Knowledge of safety regulations required
- Reliable source of transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility
