What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Clerk position at Oakley Transport, Inc.?
The Parts Clerk is responsible for Maintaining a well stocked, organized, and safe Oakley Parts Department
Ordering Parts
1. Use AS400 function "suggested reorder report" to help with ordering
2. Set-up shipping of parts
3. Receive Parts off packing slip,stock shelves, and receive invoice
2. Set-up shipping of parts
3. Receive Parts off packing slip,stock shelves, and receive invoice
2. Process all companies Non-Inventory Invoices on AS400 system
3. make copy of work, staple to invoice and forward to Accounting
2. Maintain a clean work environment daily
2. Generate "Batch Numbers" for all departments off AS400 sysytem
3. Review all recounts
4. Finalize Inventory for Truck Shop
Shipping and Receiving- Box, wrap, and Label company outgoing packages
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
