As an AP Specialist, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
- Process AP invoices
- Match POs to invoices
- Process POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnity
- Update CTF spreadsheets
- Post cash receipts ad disbursements weekly and/or monthly
- Receive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end)
- Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checks
- Deposit and post Trento rents from consumers
- Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years bookkeeping experience;
- Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Valid Driver's License required.
