Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, leading on-site teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining superior resident satisfaction across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities

Financial & Operational Management

  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and capital project planning.
  • Monitor monthly financials; identify and implement corrective actions to optimize NOI.
  • Evaluate rent schedules and market trends to adjust pricing strategies and leasing incentives.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and Marketing to drive leasing performance and occupancy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate property closeouts and ownership reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor site staff; foster a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Design and implement training programs for new and existing team members.
  • Review timesheets, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support team morale and productivity through positive, effective leadership.

Resident Relations & Property Standards

  • Ensure exceptional resident service through prompt resolution of complaints and service requests.
  • Develop and implement proactive resident retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and quarterly audits to ensure quality standards.
  • Oversee large projects and capital improvements in coordination with the Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor.

Vendor & Maintenance Oversight

  • Build and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate service agreements and pricing.
  • Support maintenance teams in preventative planning, budgeting, and response performance.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure contract compliance and completion.

Strategic Involvement

  • Stay informed of regional economic trends and market shifts to aid forecasting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative best practices across the portfolio.
  • Conduct market surveys and maintain competitive intelligence for each property.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in multifamily property management.
  • Proven success in managing multiple communities with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Experience with RealPage and Knock platforms required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
