Job Summary :

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized Concierge to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for our residents, families and Visitors. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance, handling requests, and creating a positive experience for everyone who enters our community. Your primary goal is to ensure that the needs of our residents are met promptly and effectively, while maintaining a warm, professional, and respectful atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet residents, families, guests and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Respond to residents' inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist with scheduling transportation, appointments, and reservations for residents.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and dining services to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Manage resident-specific needs, such as special events, family visits, or personalized requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests, services provided, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure residents' needs are being met.
  • Ensure front Entrance is tidy, inviting, and free of hazards for residents and guests.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in all aspects of the role.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall resident satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of assisted living environments or experience working with seniors is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Proficiency in using basic office equipment and software (e.g., phones, computers, scheduling systems).
