Assist in the management under the direction of the Food Court Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with execution of franchise menus, personnel plan, customer relations, sales, and register transactions, safety and sanitation, and the maintenance and security of the building and equipment. Assist in the supervision, counseling, training and development of employees. Ensures all policies and procedures are followed.
Ensures a high level of customer service at all times in the facility. Creates performance plans and completes performance evaluations for hourly direct reports.
