Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the Warehouse team to successfully accomplish operational goals and attain optimal Safety, Quality and Performance levels
- Streamline processes and drive continuous process improvement in all aspects of the warehouse processes including productivity, safety, quality and costs
- Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials
- Partner with fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of packaged goods
- Ensure alignment of Oats Overnight operations with company goals and attainment of those objectives; inspire and motivate teams to produce results
- Determine and execute the most efficient sequence of operations, workflow, and methods to maximize assets and human capital utilization
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and ensure efficient movement of goods
- Plan, manage, and execute all Warehouse related functions to achieve goals consistent with supply chain vision and provide excellent service to customers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate staffing levels based on volume
- Provide guidance and support to team, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure all food and safety standards and regulations are met

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field(s) or other related education preferred
- 3-5 years of applicable job experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in a leadership and management position
- Computer proficiency with MS Office
- Razor-sharp problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking through warehouse and production areas
- Occasional periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Moderate noise exists daily in the work environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work near food ingredients, exposure to food allergens
- Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment
- You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- You must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Domestic travel is occasionally required
