Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
- Support coordination of marketing projects across brand, digital, recruiting, business development, and Obtelecare initiatives.
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and task tracking to support on-time execution.
- Assist with intake, routing, and organization of marketing requests and deliverables.
- Help ensure consistency and follow-through across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Support communication and coordination with external agencies and vendors, including advertising, PR, freelancers, and event partners.
- Assist with scheduling, deliverable tracking, approvals, and documentation.
- Support invoice tracking, purchase orders, and vendor administration in partnership with marketing leadership.
- Provide coordination support for virtual events, webinars, and select in-person events.
- Assist with speaker scheduling, platform setup, run-of-show materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Support event logistics including invitations, reminders, materials, attendee tracking, and basic reporting.
- Provide support to Marketing Directors, including meeting coordination and document preparation.
- Assist with presentation formatting, reporting compilation, and internal communications.
- Help organize shared files, templates, and marketing assets to support team efficiency.
- Assist with basic reporting, data organization, and tracking across campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Maintain organized repositories for creative assets, content, and documentation.
- Support updates and adoption of marketing tools and workflows as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com or similar
- Exposure to CRM or marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, email marketing tools, or webinar platforms.
- Experience supporting virtual events, webinars, or meetings.
- Interest in B2B marketing, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
