As our team continues to grow, were looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our licensed sales agents in our Santa Cruz office.

About the Role
This in-office support role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable using technology to help keep our team running efficiently. Youll work closely with our sales agents on a variety of support tasksfrom managing documents and client records to assisting with new client onboarding and post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support licensed agents with administrative tasks and day-to-day workflow.
Assist with scanning, document management, and digital record retention.
Help with post-sale follow-up and support new client onboarding.
Access and organize client information in AgencyZoom and Apex.
Keep CRM systems up to date with client notes, status updates, and reminders.
Use digital tools and systems to streamline repetitive tasks and improve accuracy.
Ask questions when clarification is needed and communicate clearly with the team.
Stay organized and on task in a busy office setting with frequent interruptions.
