• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

  • Requirements: Minimum 1 year of College, Technical or Vocational School, Two years MA experience preferred, Training with Intergy/Medical Manager preferred but not required, Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills.

  • Duties will include: Taking vitals, inputting data, preparing the patient to be seen by the health care provider, scheduling patients for needed tests/procedures per the provider’s orders, giving injections/vaccines, stocking and cleaning rooms, working assigned tasks via the computer program and other duties which will ensure that our patients get the proper health care. Bilingual a plus.

• Exercise Technician

  • Busy, fast-paced outpatient Physical Therapy clinic looking for an individual with a passion for helping others. Exercise technicians will be able to work alongside our physical therapists to restore, maintain, and promote overall health and fitness to our patients. Full-time/Part-time, immediate hire. The following skills/experiences would benefit the applicant seeking this position: knowledge and experience with proper exercise/stretching techniques, exposure or education with anatomy and physiology, effective communicator, active listening skills, and strong multi-tasking skills. Duties will include: preparing the patient to be seen by the health care provider, instructing patients on exercises/stretches, cleaning rooms, preparing ice/heat/iontophoresis machines and other modalities to ensure patient’s full treatment. All hires will be required to take level 2 background/drug screens.

• Billing and Medical Coding Specialist

  • Must be a certified coder with a minimum of 2 years billing/coding experience in family practice, experience with Intergy preferred but not required. Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills.

• Part- Time Ultrasound Tech

  • Candidates must have obtained certification(s) through an approved Ultrasound licensure registry. Job focus primarily on general and vascular ultrasound. Multi-specialty family practice is looking for a registered Sonographer. Candidates must have obtained certification(s) through an approved Ultrasound licensure registry. Experience preferred, but willing to accept new graduates with credentials. Job focus primarily on general ultrasound studies (abdomen, gyn, small parts), with secondary focus, but not required for carotid and vascular. Pay determined by experience.

• Patient Accounts Specialist

  • Looking for an individual with a passion for helping others to join our team. Must have minimum 2 years billing and collection experience. Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. Full time, immediate hire.

• Phone Operator

  • Candidate should be a team player with excellent typing and multi-tasking skills. Medical office experience is a plus, but not required. Full-time position, immediate hire. Position Hours 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

• Front Desk/Check In

  • Looking for an individual with a passion for helping others to join our team. Experience in the medical field is required. Accounting and/or medical billing experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Competitive pay and excellent benefits available. Full time, immediate hire.

• Medical Assistant/LPN with a background in Dermatology and Mohs Procedures AND/OR Surgical Experience

  • Training with Intergy preferred but not required. Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. Competitive pay and excellent benefits available. Full time, immediate hire. Email resume with professional references.

• Intake

  • Taking and recording patient vitals, Entering ICD-10 and CPT codes into EHR for Billing and Quality Care reporting purposes. Position Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or higher, Certificate as Medical Assistant from an approved school or equivalent training and experience. Excellent computer skills, Patient care-oriented personality.

• Procedures to assist X-Ray Department

  • This position requires some medical assisting duties such as performing EKG’s, Ear lavages, spirometry.

• Referral Coordinator

• • One year experience in obtaining authorizations, referrals and insurance verifications required. Billing and Coding experience is a plus, but is not required. Full Time position.

• X-Ray Machine Operator or AART Radiologic Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

  • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to various situations and procedures. Must have applicable state licensure as required. This position requires the desire to provide excellent patient care with a strong attention to detail. Two years of experience in diagnostic imaging preferred. Experience with Intergy EHR is a plus. Full time, competitive pay and excellent benefits available. Salary DOE

• Medical Scribe

  • The following skills/experiences would benefit the applicant seeking this position: Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records, Medical Billing and Coding, Medical Terminology, Excellent typing skills. This position requires charting physician-patient encounters in real-time during medical exams and supports work flow and documentation for medical record coding.
