Vista area Spa/Salon looking for a motivated receptionist who shares a passion for providing excellent customer service.
General Summary: Performs front desk duties to ensure efficient operation and delivery of exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for all incoming calls and guests and is key in impressing the company standards for professionalism and quality service.
Duties/Qualifications:
*Greet clients appropriately; warm and energetically
*Is dependable for assigned and agreed shifts
*Answers the telephone professionally per script, we will train
*Possess a basic knowledge of computers. We will provide software training
*Strong client service orientation
*Patients checking in/out, phones ringing, staff needs, office email
*Willing to learn all spa services, products, and policies
*Educates clients/patients with respect to spa services, products and policies
*Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
*Maintain total confidentiality of patient data
*Minor cleaning duties and laundry rotation and folding required
Additional Requirements: Must be enthusiastic, pleasant, have a positive attitude, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Weekend (Saturday 8:30am - 5pm)
- Mornings usually 8:30/9am-2pm
