Job details:
The ability to communicate with staff and patients in a friendly, caring, and professional manner is critical to be successful in this position. This position requires you to be on your feet and moving at a fast pace. A positive and friendly attitude as well as being a team player is a must. The days and assignments may vary depending on the week. A person in this position must be able to manage staff and work with all departments in a professional and courteous manner and the ability to multitask is a requirement. Good professional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Past Charge Nurse, Med/Surg, or ED, and Triage experience preferred,
Department: Acute Care/Outpatient Infusion, Charge Nurse, or Emergency Department
Immediate Supervisor: Clinical RN Manager & Charge RN
Location: Ocean Beach Hospital
Education/Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- You must be a Registered Nurse with a current WA license.
- One year minimum RN experience required.
- BLS certification within six months of hire
- For ED or Charge Nurse-ACLS and CPR, PALS, and TNCC certification within six months of hire.
