Openings:
1-FT (37.5 hours) – will consider part-time
HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE TEAM
Candidate processes applications regularly. High interaction with public and staff, so must effectively communicate with diverse backgrounds. Candidate must be detail orientated, data entry, create and maintain client files. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, typing proficiency to 45 wpm and experience with data entry. Regularly uses Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Grant database. Prefer candidate that is Bilingual (English / Spanish) to meet clientele need. Minimum one (1) year experience in high volume customer service. Valid Driver's License and transportation. Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds regularly with bending, stooping and lifting.
