What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Ocean Inn?
Tips and bonuses are a benefit of this position. We are small, only have 10 suites and are looking for someone to work in our Housekeeping department with experience and a professional attitude. They must be willing to pay attention to details, learn our laundry and cleaning methods, have the ability to adapt to different situations and must be customer oriented and friendly. This person must be flexible, who is coachable and has good listening skills.
- In addition to cleaning units you may be performing a variety of laundry, ironing, cleaning, restocking and organizing duties, indoors as well as outdoors.
- You will notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Have knowledge of English language
- High school degree
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
