Job Title:
Analyst, Service Now-Service Recovery
Role Summary:
The purpose of the position is to support all areas of ONE in managing service recovery incidents. This role will be responsible for all reporting functions within Service Recovery. The role reports directly to the Service Recovery Manager.
Addresses distressed cargo and takes corrective action to meet customer expectations. Works with appropriate vendors and internal functional teams to return cargo to the expected transit plan. Coordinates trans loads rework, reroutes, return shipper loads, and other cargo in distress that require service recovery. Works closely with all internal and external departments to expedite corrective action and meet customers' expectations. Tracks all costs involved in solving service recovery actions and invoices appropriate responsible parties.

- Experience in liner operations/logistics industry to include comprehensive procurement experience in Rail, truck, or related operations
Strong troubleshooting skills
Function Specific Required Skills and Competencies:
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel including formulas and macros
Inland logistics, intermodal, and port operations knowledge
Required Minimum Years Experience:
2 years of Industry Experience
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor degree preferred
