Small business that started in August 2023 that is family oriented and flexible. Our properties are located from Corolla to Rodanthe but are flexible if you have certain travel restrictions.

Role Description

This is for a seasonal cleaner; not year-round. This could be a 4-9 month opportunity depending on workmanship and reliability. The Cleaner will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned properties. Day-to-day tasks include mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping various surfaces with cleaning products, trash removal, etc. Additional responsibilities may include replenishing supplies and/or reporting any necessary maintenance issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience with general cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down various surfaces using the proper cleaning products.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills for reporting any issues or repairs
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not required
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to use technology - required to download an app on your phone as this is how properties get assigned as well as taking pictures to upload to the task

Pay

The pay varies as it pays by per clean; pay is weekly after the first week as it's held a week.
