Position Summary
The Jr. Digital Marketing Strategist will monitor incoming requests to the team and work in coordination with the Digital Marketing Strategist to implement paid and organic digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. This position will monitor ongoing campaigns and recommend adjustments to marketing strategists and account managers to optimize results. In this role, the junior marketing strategist will coordinate with the Marketing Strategist to ensure ads are posted on time and manage ongoing digital team requests and workload including requests for campaign analytics and updates.
Responsibilities:
- Post client social media organic content on platforms including but not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage paid digital marketing campaigns including paid search, social, and retargeting while optimizing spend within and across channels.
- Compile comprehensive analytic reports for clients who are utilizing social media (impressions, engagement, new followers, and website traffic) on a quarterly basis
- Review analytics for paid digital directly following a campaign including website traffic and send to accounts/copy.
- Review website analytics on a quarterly basis to monitor how social is driving traffic to client websites.
- Work closely with project leaders and copy/strategy to be strategic in driving brand. awareness and meet specific campaign goals through digital capabilities.
- Assist in the creation and execution of content calendars for Ocozzio and clients.
- Assist in the growth of digital marketing capabilities for Ocozzio teams through research, education, and action.
- Continuously work to expand digital capabilities focused on B2B opportunities.
- When needed assist in design and copy development of Ocozzio and client social media content.
- Follow best practices and leverage tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Loomly.
- Monitor and recommend additional tracking parameters be put into place, if needed (ex: LinkedIn Insights Tag, website events tags, etc).
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Experience with Adobe Suite, HubSpot and Loomly a plus.
- 1-year prior experience in social media management including paid campaigns for LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
- Experience building digital analytics reports and dashboards required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
