Brand Ambassador Job Description
OCS Green Leaves, LLC dba Perpetual Brands (“Perpetual” or the “Company”) is a fast-
growing cannabis company dedicated to delivering high quality products and building lasting
partnerships. We are passionate about the plant, committed to compliance, and dedicated to
customer satisfaction. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an additional highly
organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to support our sales team and
streamline operations.
Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Pay: From $19.00 / hour
Job Location: This is a travel heavy position in which you will primarily work from the road.
*There may be days when you are asked to report to the facility at 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with Field Sales Coordinator and Sales team to support all retailers and ensure a
strong presence for all Perpetual brands. This includes but is not limited to attending
multiple pop-ups per week at customer’s stores.
- Visit retail stores daily, to assess how our brands are presented and to engage
enthusiastically with our retail customers and their staff. These doors will be supported
with consistent vendor days, retail assessment and enablement, consistent
administration, and various other promotional activities.
- Work with the Field Sales Coordinator to schedule all retail engagements in advance.
- Field position requiring consistent communication, organizational skills, administrative
clarity, and flexibility.
- Have an understanding of sales and marketing as well as the Massachusetts geography
and dynamics.
- Develop and maintain relationships in all retail locations, working with both sales and
marketing to ensure flawless brand execution
- Prepare for Vendor Days by confirming the event two weeks prior performing online
menu audits, checking inventory, and problem solving for any potential issues
- Build out a robust vendor day calendar with an eye to catering to both the retail staff as
well as consumers
- Strategically engage in vendor days throughout the territory, aiming to both educate
budtenders while assisting in product velocity
- Track and clearly articulate behaviors in the field through consistent reporting and
administrative detail
Job Requirements and Preferences
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be a fully licensed driver with means of transportation
- Ability to operate within the compliant and legal market
- Experience in cannabis preferred
- Strong analytical skills - we are a data driven organization
- Proficiency with G Suite tools (G sheet, G Meet, Calendar, etc.)
- 2–3 years of cannabis industry experience (preferred)

representing the brand at events

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
