We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
We currently have an opening for a File Clerk with 1-3 years experience with files management and maintenance. You will be responsible for organizing both paper files and digital files. You will also be responsible for updating files as necessary as well as ensuring availability for staff.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Create and maintain inventory of physical and electronic records
- Check incoming files
- Create and update records with new files and information
- Maintain the files library and associated database
- Handle requests for files access and check-in/check-out with staff
