Your Role We’re seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our awesome Product team based in Paris and develop our high end data management platform. You will be involved in all the aspects of software development, from handling customers requirements to delivering our solutions in production. The position is based in Paris but you'll have the opportunity to also work remotely. You will guarantee the protection of data privacy for our clients. We don’t sell data, we protect it. But not only, you will also revolutionize the market by providing software to enable companies to do business in any country with full respect of residency requirements. You will be supported by several experts from Cloud experts, QA Engineers, Devops, Salesforce developers and others, to help you understand our technologies. Your responsibilities will include: Build the next gen data management system for the large enterprise to solve their data governance challenges. Work to build the best system with the fastest performance in a Cloud context Specify and implement best in class algorithms to deal with large data volumes and limited cloud resources. Resolve real problem for real customers What you will bring Master’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science 7 years experience in back-end software development Strong experience with PHP or willingness to learn Strong understanding of design patterns, data modeling, algorithmic complexity Full professional proficiency in both French and English Understanding of Salesforce is a plus Your soft skills Strong passion to learn and develop your skill-set Loves design & technology and understands their value Autonomous and proactive Excellent communicator Focused with a positive outlook Leads by example Odaseva has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture—we look for people who are curious, inventive, and work to be a little better every single day.
